Introduction. Leaders in today’s organizations are confront with the numerous challenges of creating and sustaining major organizational change. I have worked in a bank and I have chosen a person as a leader to conduct this study who is the senior assistant vice president and head of branch of that bank.Personal responsibility, integrity, and accountability refer to spending our lives in accordance with higher consciousness which require great courage. In a society where values are lost and there is growing distrust, integrity is a daunting challenge in business, family, state and society in general.
Integrity is defined as, “Adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty.” Integrity is one of the ethical values that the army uses to stay in check and remains a key value in the army. Before we look at the importance of integrity, let us first look different definitions of integrity.
